These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the FLOWIX PRINT website and any print order placed with us. FLOWIX PRINT is a trading name of Digital Morse LTD, registered in England and Wales. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Placing an order
Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, email, or through our website. An order is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it and, where required, received payment or a deposit. Please check your order details, including quantity, size and finish, carefully before confirming. We print exactly what is agreed.
2. Artwork and proofs
You are responsible for ensuring any artwork you supply is correct, print-ready, and free of spelling or design errors, unless you have specifically asked us to design or review it for you. Where we offer a free design review, this checks for obvious technical issues (resolution, bleed, colour mode). It does not replace proofreading your own content. We recommend approving a digital proof before large or high-value print runs.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in GBP and may vary based on quantity, material, size and finish. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time, though any price already quoted and accepted for a specific order will be honoured. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quoting.
4. Turnaround and delivery
Estimated turnaround times (including any rush service) are provided in good faith based on normal working conditions. While we aim to meet every deadline, turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by factors outside our control such as courier delays. We will let you know as early as possible if a delay is expected.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Because most orders are custom-printed to your specification, cancellations are only possible before your job has entered production. Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the materials and labour have already been committed. If a product arrives damaged, misprinted, or not matching the order you approved, contact us within 5 working days and we will arrange a reprint or appropriate remedy.
6. Quality and liability
We take care to match your approved artwork and specification as closely as possible, though minor variations in colour can occur between screen and print due to the nature of the CMYK printing process. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of business or profit, arising from a delayed or faulty print job.
7. Intellectual property
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any artwork, logos, images or text you send us for printing. FLOWIX PRINT accepts no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement contained in customer-supplied artwork.
8. Website use
Our website and its content, including text, graphics and logos, are the property of Digital Morse LTD unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order will apply.
